Refund Policy for MAISON N°8

Returns


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not due to a manufacturing defect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@maisonn8.store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods  (such as beauty products, perfumes, sprays, or skincare items) once opened or used 
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Downloadable software products or digital items
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are shipping an item to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@maisonn8.store for return authorization and shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@maisonn8.store.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@maisonn8.store.
