Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Delivery Times

Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days

International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Please note that MAISON N°8 is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. MAISON N°8 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Orders
